BARE Vin og Matbar is located on the top floor of Bergen Børs Hotel. BARE is the hotel's most exclusive restaurant and bar and is located in the beautiful Speilsalen hall. Its comprehensive wine cellar is a treasure trove for wine lovers and each bottle has been carefully selected from renowned producers from all over the world. You can find everything from rare vintages to well-known favourites that never go out of style. At BARE Vin og Matbar, you can choose between an à la carte menu served in the bar or book something very special with the chef's chambre séparée, where you can choose between a five, seven, or ten course meal comprising dishes recommended by the chef. The menu is seasonal with a focus on Norwegian ingredients.
