Skostredet Hotel

Skostredet Hotel is the latest addition to De Bergenske. The boutique hotel opened in the spring of 2024 and is located in the middle of Bergen city centre, close to the harbour and the city's biggest attractions. Skostredet Hotel focuses on sustainability, and natural materials abound in everything from its furniture and interiors to lighting. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, a short distance from the Fish Market, Torgallmenningen square and Bystasjonen with its bus terminal and shopping. At Skostredet Hotel you will find the fine dining restaurant Omakase by Sergey Pak and Izakaya Skoskredet.  At Omakase it is the chef who decides the exclusive menu based on the season's best ingredients, many locally sourced, and the guest's preferences. Izakya is a Japanese street food eatery. Skoskredet Hotel is also home to the flower studio and shop Flowers in Domkirkgaten 6. In 2025, the hotel will launch its very own spa, as well as a Nordic garden. The Swedish firm Claesson Koivisto Rune are behind the hotel's interior design.
