Terminus Hall is our largest venue with room for 370 participants. Large windows let in daylight, and there is a nice view of the greenery. During the breaks, participants have access to a large garden, Villahagen, for fresh air, mingling and relaxation.

A modern room with lots of daylight and a view of the garden. Outside the meeting room, there is a large area for mingling, where sustainable break food is also served. You also have direct access to the outdoor area with seating areas and the Villa garden.

On the 7th floor, we have a meeting centre with eight newly refurbished meeting rooms. The biggest room fits 50 people. The meeting rooms are well suited for smaller meetings, group work, and board meetings. Access to a break area where snacks are served and participants can help themselves to coffee, tea, and water.

A lovely, classic venue that is suitable for medium-sized meetings and conferences. There are large windows facing the backyard. The venue has a painting by the festival artist Ole Jørgen Næss.

Ambrosia Tønnesen is a great, classic room with generous ceiling height and a lovely interior from the opening in 1928. This is a room well suited for group work or board meetings. There is direct access to the backyard.

This is a bright room with room for 70 participants in a cinema setup. The venue is decorated in the style of the light, elegant Bergen classicism. Just outside the venue, there is a mingling area where participants can help themselves to coffee and tea. This is also where break food is served.

This menu is a price-friendly offer for guests who are going to a meeting or conference at the Grand Hotel Terminus. The meal is served in our restaurant Brasseriet. The menu is tasty, but for those of you who want an upgraded meal, we recommend one of our banquet menus, preferably served in one of our beautiful banquet rooms.
